Digital delivery

A web-based service.

PositionLoop supplies access to a hosted rank-tracking workspace, rather than a physical product, downloadable software licence or guaranteed search placement. There are no shipping charges, postal delivery times or physical returns.

Access and activation.

Create an account and verify your email to start the seven-day trial. You can then add a website and keywords within the trial allowance. Buy credit packs at buy.positionloop.com using your PositionLoop account email. Purchased credits are added to the matching verified account only after Shopify confirms successful payment. New customers can register with the checkout email and verify it after purchasing; the saved purchase is then claimed automatically. Pending or declined payments do not add credits.

A purchase confirmation identifies your pack, credits, one-time amount and transaction reference. Purchased credits do not expire. If credits are not available after a confirmed payment, email hello@positionloop.com; we will investigate and correct the access or provide an applicable remedy.

What you need.

Use an up-to-date web browser, an internet connection and an email address you can access. No Search Console connection is required. Search locations, languages and available devices depend on the search-data integration. Desktop tracking is currently available; mobile tracking is not currently offered.

When results arrive.

During the free trial, new tracking items join a queue and checks are scheduled once per UTC day. After the separate free trial, checks draw from the purchased balance. Automatic paid checks are off until you opt in under Settings; a zero balance pauses paid checks without any automatic charge. Queues, provider outages or retries can delay a result. Checks do not mean continuous monitoring or a guaranteed update time. Technical failures do not consume a query credit or replace the last successful result.

Ranking history is retained for 90 days. Weekly summaries bring together collected changes; email delivery can be affected by your mailbox settings. You can export available records as CSV from the workspace.

Example and live records.

The homepage’s example workspace, chart, report and position folio contain illustrative data. They are not customer results. Your signed-in workspace displays records collected for your own tracking items, including failures and unavailable results.
