Where EU or UK consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 calendar days after it is concluded, subject to the applicable law. We do not treat account login or ordinary service use as an automatic waiver. Our voluntary 14-day refund promise covers each separate query credit pack purchase, including later top-ups.
Credit packs can be purchased through our Shopify credit store. This page provides a request route for refund or withdrawal enquiries. It does not create a purchase, add credits or collect a payment.
Tell us clearly.
Email hello@positionloop.com with a clear statement that you want to withdraw, your name, account email and the contract or payment reference if available. You can use the online form below to submit that notice, or email us instead. A timely clear notice is enough.
We confirm the request by email so you can keep the confirmation. The online form records your notice, shows its date and reference, and provides a confirmation you can download. We also attempt to email a copy. Download and keep the confirmation shown on the page. No payment is collected by this request page.

Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. A statutory withdrawal is reimbursed within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 calendar days after notice. Our voluntary policy does not deduct a usage or processing charge within its window. See the complete refund policy.
