Credit packs & purchases

One-time packs. Clearly stated.

Published pack prices are USD $4.99 for 100 query credits, $24.99 for 600 and $49.99 for 1,500. Each purchase is a separate one-time payment. There is no monthly fee, subscription or automatic renewal.

Buy credit packs at buy.positionloop.com using Shopify checkout. Use your PositionLoop account email so your purchase is delivered to the matching verified account. New customers can register and verify the same email after purchase to activate delivery. The separate free trial is available through account registration. It requires no payment card and does not convert to paid access automatically.

Before any payment.

Shopify checkout shows your selected pack, its query credits, currency, applicable taxes and full amount before you confirm payment. Only the payment methods displayed in checkout are offered. We do not charge a separate fee for using PayPal. Your bank or provider may apply its own conversion or charges.

Credits are added only after a successful payment is confirmed. Pending or declined payments do not add credits. Repeat purchases add to your existing balance; they do not reset it.

Your free trial.

The separate trial lasts seven days after email verification and includes one website and ten tracking items, with checks scheduled once per UTC day. It requires no card, makes no charge and does not create a credit pack purchase. Trial expiry stops further trial checks; retained records remain subject to the 90-day history policy.

Credits never expire.

Unused purchased query credits have no expiry date. They remain in your account until used or adjusted for a refund or correction. You control whether to buy another pack; we do not automatically charge you when the balance runs out.

One credit funds one completed ranking check for one website, keyword, country, language and supported device combination. Pages fetched internally are included. A valid result that does not find the domain within the checked top-100 range counts as a completed check; a technical failure does not use a credit. Viewing saved history, reports and CSV exports does not use credits.

Using your balance.

Automatic paid checking is off by default and requires your opt-in; it consumes the same balance as manual checks. The workspace shows the maximum daily credit use before you enable it. After the separate free trial, funded accounts support up to 100 tracking items across 10 websites. Each item is checked at most once per UTC day, including manual checks. A zero balance pauses new paid checks without creating a debt or automatic payment. Purchased credit validity is separate from the 90-day ranking-history retention period.

Future price changes apply to new purchases, not to credits already purchased. A failed payment does not add credits or change your existing balance. For a refund or account closure, contact hello@positionloop.com. The 14-day refund policy applies to each purchase.
